We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns, no questions asked. Items must be unused, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached in their original form.
You will have up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the product price and associated taxes, not including shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly suggest you use a trackable method to send items. Should you use our return label, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations. We are not able to accept returns of items purchased at one of our Retailers.
Items purchased at a SOCIALITE Retailer must be returned to the Retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies. Sample sale items are not eligible for return or repair.
Please follow the process above to return an item. New items can be purchased via the website. We do not currently exchange items.
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding major holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process non-expedited orders.
Customers can choose ground or expedited delivery. Additional fees will be notated on the checkout depending on the service chosen.
SOCIALITE does not ship signature required. Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped. SOCIALITE is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delivers outside of the United States and delivered by Fedex International. Delivery charges do not cover any additional duties or fees that may be added at customs. These will need to be covered by the customer.
