We will gladly accept returns for products that are in their original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order. Your refund will come in same form of payment as your original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that Socialite is only able to return items purchased on Socialite.com. Items purchased at a Socialite retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
Making A Return
All US orders are eligible for a free prepaid UPS return mailing label. To initiate your return or exchange, please contact email@example.com to receive your UPS return label. To ship an item back to Socialite, please follow the following guidelines to ensure your return is taken care of as quickly as possible.
1. Pack your item(s) to include the packing list that came in the original order. If you are including items from multiple orders, please make sure to include each packing slip from the original order.
2. Drop your package at a carrier drop-off location.
Where's My Refund?
Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
