Returns and Exchanges
Returns can only be processed to the original place of purchase. Online orders must be sent back to our warehouse.
Items returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Socialite gift cards are non-refundable.
Socialite items purchased in department stores, boutiques and other retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
All US online orders are eligible for a free pre-paid UPS return label. To initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please follow the below steps to ensure your return is taken care of as quickly as possible.
1. Pack your item(s) and include the packing list that came in the original order.
2. Print and affix the pre-paid UPS return label that has been sent to you via email.
3. Drop your package off at a UPS location.

Where's My Refund
Once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse, refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
